Job Title: DFT Leads

We are looking for experienced and skilled individuals to join our team as DFT Leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Full-Capture Test (DFT) concepts, with hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining test mode timing constraints, providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations, and working with international teams in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking candidates with expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and shell, as well as experience in RTL and gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.

Additional responsibilities include knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tools and ATPG tools, and the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 15 years of experience in DFT concepts and related fields
