Senior Enterprise Technology Strategist

Description

This is a highly sought-after position for an individual with extensive experience in leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, IT service management frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive platform architectures and technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Lead the integration of multiple systems and technologies, including ERP, CRM, cloud services, and legacy systems, to achieve seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, guiding them in designing high-quality solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
  • Evaluate new technologies and features, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role, with hands-on experience with ServiceNow and other relevant technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing large-scale ServiceNow projects and platform initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and ITIL frameworks, as well as cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
