Job Title: Solutions Architect Lead

The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-level solutions on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in solution architecture, and the ability to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

The architect will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable AEM-based solutions.

  • Solution Design & Architecture:
    • Define and maintain AEM solution architecture for multiple portals and integrations.
    • Create high-level architecture diagrams, workflows, and deployment models.
    • Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization at the architectural level.
  • Governance & Best Practices:
    • Establish coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines for AEM solutions.
    • Conduct architecture and design reviews across projects.
    • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to development teams.
    • Mentor senior developers and lead technical workshops.
    • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into the AEM ecosystem.
  • Integration & Performance:
    • Architect and oversee integration with third-party systems.
    • Define caching strategies, dispatcher configurations, and performance tuning guidelines.
  • Deployment & CI/CD:
    • Define deployment architecture and pipeline strategy using Git and Jenkins.
    • Ensure smooth release management and automated testing compliance.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.3 or above), including 3+ years as an Architect.

Required skills include:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Java/J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).
    • AEM architecture, including Dispatcher, replication agents, workflows.
  • Development Skills:
    • HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
    • REST/SOAP APIs and system integration.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
    • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
