Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the in-house graphics team to develop creative designs for educational content.

  • Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversight of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral and educational resources.

Innovation with AI :

  • Hand-on experience in AI-related graphics design tools, especially with videos, audios & Graphics
  • Drive innovation in the field of graphics by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
  • Strong skills in visualizing and creating educational content.
