About Us

We are a fast-growing organization seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling Meta Ads. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands design aesthetics and can craft winning ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with our brand's identity and appeals to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and D2C sectors.
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with our brand standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • An understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • The ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
