**Job Title:** Senior Digital Healthcare Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Healthcare Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Data IT GBS department, you will play a critical role in leading Novo Nordisk towards the future of digital healthcare securely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support system management activities including operation, maintenance, release, change, and patch management
  • Perform incident and problem management for supported systems according to ITIL framework
  • Participate in new releases, design reviews, risk assessments, and qualification activities for changes
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors to ensure deliverables are of high quality and timelines are met
  • Engage with stakeholders, including system managers, NNQAs, Lob owners, and project owners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's in relevant field with total of 8 years of experience in IT
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience working with system management and practicing ITIL principles
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, business administration, banking, or consultancy industries
  • Experience in an international matrix organization coordinating projects and working with external vendors and stakeholders in multiple geographies and time zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, SQLs, SSRS, and SaaS-based application administrations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational skills, business orientation, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
