About the Role:

Business analysts with a keen interest in US healthcare are sought after to lead end-to-end analysis for large-scale healthcare IT projects. This involves partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the claims lifecycle, including submission, adjudication, and other related processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop high-level business requirements and functional specifications to guide solution architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and outcome delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Domain Expertise – US Healthcare:

  • Extensive knowledge of HL7, FHIR, X12, BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and Traceability Matrices.

Additional Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on healthcare IT.

Work Mode & Employment Type:
