**Job Description:**

As a Finance Process Improvement Manager at Zscaler, you will play a crucial role in contributing to various finance transformation programs with a focus on FP&A. You will use your expertise in finance processes, project management, and technology integration to ensure the delivery of main transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform main FP&A processes (Headcount Planning, Annual Operating Planning/Budgeting, and Forecasting/Reporting processes), systems, and controls.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of workflows for Headcount Planning (including sourcing of headcount data from HRIS into Planning Tool and subsequent processes).
  • Document data integration requirements (ERP Planning Tool, HRIS Planning Tool), test cases, and perform validation/testing.
  • Collaborate with other teams and external consultants to design/develop and deploy solutions, identify opportunities, and support prioritization.
  • Build harmonious end-to-end finance processes (including mapping of controls) and build/maintain documentation and training material.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or implementation of a Planning Tool (preferably Adaptive).
  • Understanding of FP&A processes (focus on Headcount Planning, Annual Operating Planning/Budgeting, and Forecasting/Reporting processes).
  • Hands-on experience with Planning Tools (preferably Adaptive), ERP (preferably NetSuite), and HRIS (preferably Workday) and data analytics experience (preferred tools: Tableau, Snowflake).
  • Experience managing large-scale finance transformation projects with solid project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification).
