We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Technologist. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Monitor system health and develop metrics around incident management, problem solving, and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance gaps across all manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
- Ensure proper reconciliation processes for critical applications and implement structured guidelines for testing and reconciliation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years driving operations and excellence.
- ITIL certification, especially in Service Operations, Problem Management, and Continual Service Improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience with network diagnostics, factory DC operations, change and release management frameworks, and automation tools.
