Our MissionWe are committed to making international mobility and living seamless and accessible. Our goal is to provide a platform that simplifies the process of finding and booking accommodations, allowing students to focus on their studies and personal growth.
The RoleWe are seeking a motivated IT Apprentice to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking (CCNA preferred) and experience or coursework in asset management. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Assistance: Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Assist in resolving user queries and ensure timely escalation of complex issues.
- Network Support: Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices. Support network monitoring and maintenance activities. Participate in implementing network security measures.
- Asset Management: Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware and software). Assist in documenting asset management processes. Support the lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Collaborate with team members on projects to gain practical experience.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (CCNA certification preferred). Familiarity with asset management practices and tools. Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems and common applications. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
