We're looking for a Marketing Visual Designer to join our fast-growing team and elevate our brand across every channel. From social media and sales collateral design to landing page creation, whitepaper development, and case study visualizations – you'll be the creative force behind our marketing campaigns.

• Design for campaigns & events: Create assets for both offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merchandise, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).
• Sales enablement materials: Develop engaging sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that resonate with prospects.
• Content design: Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually appealing formats.
• Web & landing page visuals: Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.
• Brand consistency & evolution: Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines.
• Quick-turn requests: Handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invitations, templates) with speed and creativity.
• Trendspotting & innovation: Bring in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales teams to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact design outputs.

• 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web.
• Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
• High-performance mindset – someone who delivers results without compromising quality.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.
