Senior Financial Planning Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial planning and budgeting to drive business growth and success.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Planning Consultant with extensive experience in implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS).

  • Prioritize the design, implementation, and configuration of complex financial planning solutions across various industries.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through solution build-out and project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Maintain technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial planning needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementation of HP and E/PBCS with a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of integration capabilities with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech or MCA degree by qualification.
  • Required Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills; Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets; Confident and assertive; Open for long/short term travel based on project need.
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting would be added advantage.
