Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to manage treasury operations, ensuring smooth cash flow and efficient fund management.

  1. Manage Treasury Operations: Supervise the receipt and disbursement of funds, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established guidelines.
  2. Handle Inward Collections and Outward Remittances: Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions.
  3. Account for Import-Export Transactions: Verify and process all import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  4. Perform Forex Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile forex transactions to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  5. Coordinate with Banks and Financial Institutions: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure timely and secure transactions.
  6. Oversee Cash Flow, Fund Management, and Collections: Strategically manage cash flow, optimize fund allocation, and implement effective collection strategies.
  7. Manage Credit Card Payments and Ensure Weekly Closures: Process credit card payments, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure weekly closures are completed on time.
  8. Customer Clearing & Reconciliation - Coordinate with stakeholders and logistic partners for clearance and related document flow. Conduct customer ledger reconciliations and resolve mismatches in SAP.


Technical Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following technical skills and qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience with SAP: Proficient in utilizing SAP for treasury operations and financial management.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Tally or other ERP platforms is an added advantage: Skilled in leveraging Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation, with a plus for experience with Tally or similar ERP systems.
  3. Sound understanding of FEMA guidelines, RBI: Comprehensively knowledgeable about FEMA regulations and RBI policies governing financial transactions.
