Cash and Treasury Manager

, About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cash management activities, corporate bank account reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies.

This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile corporate bank accounts daily as part of the daily cash projection process.
  • Review and prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
  • Enter journal entries into NetSuite.
  • Manage all banking and treasury activities for new store openings and closures.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
