We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our actuarial pricing initiatives. This high-profile role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of health insurance products, regulatory landscapes, and predictive modeling techniques. They should be able to drive innovative solutions that improve access to quality healthcare services.

As the primary decision-maker for our actuarial pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize product offerings and enhance customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 10-14 years of experience in actuarial pricing, product development, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in R, SAS, Python, Emblem, Radar, SQL, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
