Product Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize and manage product listings to ensure accurate content, enhanced A+ pages and compliance with platform regulations.
  • Develop and execute efficient FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns and reimbursement claims.
  • Monitor and enhance account health metrics – Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches and customer feedback.
  • Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers and compliance escalations.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, category trends, stock movement and operational issues.

Cross-Functional & Data Management:

  • Collaborate with the supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for launches, promotions and brand campaigns.
  • Work with finance departments to reconcile settlements, commissions and claims.
  • Maintain clean and updated SKU data (barcodes, MRPs, product details) across systems.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Amazon and/or Quick Commerce operations (e-commerce platforms).
  • Must have worked with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog management, inventory control, fulfillment and platform compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.
