• Manage sprints, track progress, and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.


• Take responsibility for product outcomes — not just the plan.

Agility & Adaptability


• Learn new domains, tools, and processes quickly.


• Adjust priorities based on market shifts, customer needs, or business goals.

Execution & Self-Management


• Run initiatives independently while keeping stakeholders informed.


• Follow through relentlessly to ensure commitments are met.

Skills


• Creative and self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills (out-of-the-box thinking).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Expertise with common productivity tools such as Word & Excel.


• Ability to multitask on different projects.


• Understanding of the US Healthcare Industry is an asset.


• Ability to empathize with our customers and our team
