Job Overview:

As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our animation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to handle incoming and outgoing mail, including correspondence and timely responses to inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, presentations, and project reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations and internal resources.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, production schedules, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to meet project objectives on time and within budget.
  • Provide administrative support to the production team as needed, including data entry, file management, and other tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
