Plant Maintenance Engineer

This is a challenging role that requires hands-on technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of CRM Finishing Lines. As a Plant Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance tasks in Continuous Annealing, Continuous Galvanizing, Tandem Mill, and Finishing Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to industrial safety standards and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshoot complex industrial hydraulics issues and resolve problems efficiently using your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Apply basic knowledge of SAP as an end-user to track inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in plant maintenance, industrial hydraulics, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Industrial Hydraulics, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for maintaining a safe working environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of CRM Finishing Lines, performing regular equipment maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
