About this role

This position is responsible for spearheading the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications.

Key responsibilities
  • Handling incoming issues, tickets, change requests, and problem reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions.
  • Resolving critical issues and ensuring seamless operation of client systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical documentation. They should also have experience in creating configurations for Veeva Vault Safety Module and Veeva Vault RIM/Quality.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Veeva Vault and 2 Years in Veeva Vault Safety.
  • A strong educational background in computer science or related field.
