Job Opportunity

This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for designing and developing the AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Python and backend frameworks as well as experience with cloud-native development and containerization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based microservices and APIs to expose AI/ML functionality.
  • Create data pipelines and orchestration logic connecting model outputs inference runs and biological datasets.
  • Integrate with internal external systems including AWS S3 SageMaker Lambda PostgreSQL DynamoDB BigQuery.
  • Collaborate to containerize and deploy models using Docker ECR ECS or serverless infrastructure.
  • Automate infrastructure and application deployment via CI/CD workflows.
  • Monitor application health implement robust logging and error-handling.
  • Participate in sprint planning peer code reviews and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong command of Python and backend frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs containerization and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with version control testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows.
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud platform preferably AWS.
