A Product Consultant is required to work with clients to understand their product needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate Caliber products to customers and ensure thorough understanding of their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate Caliber products to customers and ensure thorough understanding of their requirements.
    On-site build installations and configurations, execution of UAT/SAT, and installation qualification protocol.
    Train end-users on Caliber products, installation of production builds, and database maintenance plan creation.
    Provide onsite support, customer call handling, and reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore.
    Patch updating and maintenance, installation of training, UAT, and production builds, and execution of operational qualification.
    Support customers on PQ execution, interface configurations, and execute test scripts.
    Assist in internal validation of product and execute validation scripts.
    Document issues and deviations of on-site validation, review validation outputs with customers, and prepare validation summary reports.
Requirements:
• 2-7 years of experience in pharma/projects with instrumentation background.
    Patience to listen and understand customer queries, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to learn quickly and mingle with team members, flexible to travel for implementation.
    Strong communication and oral skills, ability to lead projects and teams.
Preferred Skills:
• QAMS/DMS/LIMS domain knowledge.
