Job Title:

A creative production specialist is responsible for designing virtual mockups and preparing production files for decoration. This role requires strong communication skills to work effectively with multiple departments.

The specialist will edit customer-provided artwork, create templates, and troubleshoot design-related issues that affect production.

  • Edit and refine customer-provided artwork to meet company standards
  • Email customers for proof approval and handle revisions
  • Create new product templates and designs as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues impacting production efficiency
  • Vectorize artwork when necessary to ensure high-quality prints
  • Basic photography skills are essential for capturing quality images
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on production design
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail are crucial for success
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge or experience in the promotional products industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with imprinting and engraving processes is also beneficial
