About this role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a CRM+TOSCA position. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to leverage their expertise in MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA to drive business growth and success.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating with the development team to provide better understanding of business user needs, resolving queries related to requirements, documenting business requirements, reviewing them with both business and technology teams, obtaining customer acceptance, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives.

  • Developing test cases and scenarios with business users
  • Collaborating with the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience with SSRS reporting services, Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model, Microsoft CRM configuration knowledge, application integrations knowledge with MS CRM, and basic knowledge of Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI.

Preferred skills include knowledge of Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation, as well as some familiarity with Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015
  • Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
