- Lead and manage delivery teams, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
- Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
- Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with sales teams on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, leading account mining activities to ensure cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.
