Job Title: Senior Power Platform Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Microsoft Power Platform development efforts. As a Senior Power Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions that meet business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior developers.

  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Mentor junior developers to strengthen their skills
  • Foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the development team
  • Ensure secure and compliant solutions by implementing Zero Trust principles
  • Collaborate with the Product Architect on solution designs
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Architect to prioritize development activities

  • Improve developer velocity by identifying bottlenecks
  • Enhance DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks and CI/CD pipelines

  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure self-service environment
  • Lead governance boards and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan
  • Identify and improve governance processes
  • Automate governance tasks to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate updates from Microsoft to ensure compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate degree from a reputable institution
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft stack and Power platform development
  • 12 - 16 years of experience working with Microsoft stack and Power platform development
