This is a central based role responsible for managing a team of Fleet Managers across pitstops in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% daily slot operations with on-time arrival of Bhuvanesh.
- Own the hiring pipeline and training programs for Bhuvanesh.
- Plan for festival and event day operations.
- Monitor churn and experience of Bhuvanesh across locations.
- Make regular field visits (25%-50%) to ensure process adherence and field discipline.
- Drive daily planning, execution, and reporting of operational KPIs.
Key Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in field operations or team management.
- Strong leadership skills with an execution-first mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of SQL/Power BI as a bonus.
- Experience managing gig workforce/delivery fleets/ground ops is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Comfortable with field travel (up to 50%).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making ability.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
