About the Role
Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join its Global IT Operations (GITO) team in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT support provided by the Global Service Desk and local onsite teams for affiliates within the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, you will communicate and manage major incidents impacting affiliates across the APAC region, ensuring service improvements. You will engage proactively with Local IT teams and stakeholders across the APAC organisation to understand needs and requirements. You will also collaborate with Technical SMEs to ensure best practices in the management of services, oversee ITIL processes across the APAC region, and execute and roll out GITO strategy and IT projects in APAC.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field and a total of 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulatory industry, preferably. You should have 8+ years of experience in IT Operations/Support (end-user support) and 3+ years of experience in AV Support, IT Project Management, IT Asset management, vendor management, and working with key stakeholders and decision-makers outside India in an international environment. A certification in ITIL foundation and SAFe Agile will be an added advantage.
