We are seeking an expert to design and integrate AI-driven psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.

  • Utilizing generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), you will optimize our assessment methods, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • You will work with AI-powered translation tools to translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate on reviewing translations to maintain a precise database.
  • With AI-driven technology, you will develop personalized programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments, enhancing candidate experiences.
  • In collaboration with the Data Science team, you will evaluate and fine-tune AI models to meet psychometric standards.

Psychometric Tool Development: You will contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement. This includes creating innovative test items for specialized evaluations and managing R&D projects using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Consulting & Client Support: You will work closely with consultants to develop customized solutions such as tailored assessments and personalized reports. Additionally, you will produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for custom tools.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or a related field. Prior experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects is also required.
