We are seeking a skilled Digital Manufacturing System Lead to spearhead diagnostics and design cost-out programs across plants/value streams.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end diagnostics, establishing baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit) and prioritizing value-enhancing opportunities.
  • Design and deliver innovative cost-out programs, focusing on Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, and network/footprint enhancement.
  • Promote Industry 4.0 roadmaps, incorporating MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, and advanced quality analytics, with a focus on scalable EBITDA impact.
  • Establish business cases and benefit-tracking models, presenting findings to CXO/Board-level stakeholders and driving change through client capability building.
  • Lead multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and attention to data, cyber, and safety considerations.
  • Cultivate and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership initiatives.
