Job Description

The Ticketing Manager position involves overseeing the management of data maintenance tickets, ensuring timely resolution using Service Now. This includes master data creation and maintenance, CRUD operations on product master data, as well as data quality monitoring to assess and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Key responsibilities include collaboration with data owners and stakeholders to address data issues, participating in daily stand-up calls, generating data quality reports, and documenting maintenance processes.

Project coordination and governance are also crucial aspects, involving support for data governance policies and assistance in forming a global data steward group.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree holder with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives is highly valued, as is familiarity with MDM tools and platforms such as SAP MDG and Service Now. A minimum of two years' experience in data stewardship, preferably in Product Master Domain, is necessary, along with knowledge of chemical and industrial materials.
