Job Summary:

As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of clinical data. Your responsibilities will include document tracking and control, reviewing project-specific documents, initiating electronic filing and document management tasks, preparing project reports, handling client and team requests, coordinating with subject matter experts, performing procedure verification, creating and tracking data clarification forms, conducting manual data listings, assisting in maintenance of documents for audits, conducting training sessions for subordinates, acting as a backup for senior staff members, and ensuring compliance to applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in data management tools and software.

  • Responsible for project-specific and departmental document tracking and control activities
  • Reviews project-specific documents and ensures accuracy
  • Initiates project-specific electronic filing and reviews it on an ongoing basis
  • Prepares project reports and presentations
  • Handles requests/issues by the client and team, in coordination with project managers
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts in user acceptance testing leading to robust database design
  • Performs procedure verification as a part of database validation
  • Creates, reviews, processes, and tracks data clarification forms and updates clinical databases for ensuring data validity
  • Conducts manual data listings as needed
  • Assists in maintenance of documents for audits
  • Conducts training sessions for subordinates on data management and clinical trials
  • Acts as a backup for senior staff members in data management and clinical trials
  • Ensures compliance to applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
