Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to collaborate with a government hospital on a short-term project basis.

The selected candidate will deliver therapeutic services and contribute to participant recruitment, data collection, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions with clients.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment of project participants, ensuring high-quality engagement and timely onboarding.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate clinical and project data, adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring consistent progress and milestone achievement.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project lead.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Counselling Experience - Essential.
  • Master's degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior clinical experience in therapy or counseling (institutional or community setting preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with data entry, documentation, and reporting.
