**Job Title:** Senior Test Engineer

Job Description:

As a seasoned software development professional, you will lead high-performance teams and provide hands-on mentorship. Your expertise in leading agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is essential in driving projects forward.

  • Develop and implement architecture strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices.
  • Work closely with managers to define and plan projects and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Java Lead with a minimum of 9 years of software development experience and 2 years as a lead.
  • Strong knowledge of core Java and design principles.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and code using standard tools like Swagger and Postman.
  • Experience working with RDBMS, MySQL databases, and Azure services.
  • Basic understanding of caching, Redis, and search index platforms, Elastic Search.
