Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage, monitor and support our Google Cloud Platform environment.

The role involves ensuring the availability, performance, security and reliability of GCP services, as well as providing day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting and incident resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and be able to administer and support GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, Networking, Cloud SQL and BigQuery.

  • Administer and support GCP infrastructure services.
  • Monitor system health, performance and availability using GCP monitoring tools.
  • Manage user access and security policies via IAM and service accounts.
  • Perform incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for GCP services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform administration and support is required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP services and be proficient in Linux/Windows system administration.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell and PowerShell for automation is also required.
