About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Sales Professional to join our Real Estate team.

The role involves engaging with potential buyers, managing leads, and driving sales by offering tailored property solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closing.


Main Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Generate new leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels.

Clients Engagement:
Build relationships with prospects, offering property details and coordinating property tours.

Sales Process:
Guide clients through the sales process, assisting with negotiations and closing deals.

CRM Management:
Track interactions, update client info, and manage the sales pipeline.

Collaboration:
Work with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead conversion.

Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on market trends and property listings.

Achieve Targets:
Meet and exceed sales quotas while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in real estate.

Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Tech
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Hubspot).

Real Estate Expertise:
Familiarity with the real estate market and sales processes is a plus.
