We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our International Procurement team in Mumbai. As a hybrid role, you will work remotely and occasionally visit our office, contributing to our global procurement projects and managing locally sourced demand.
Job Responsibilities- Procure business services such as IT hardware, software, and professional services, ensuring compliance with our Global Procurement policy and local regulations.
- Deliver cost savings, optimize external spend, and improve operating margins by identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure supplier governance.
- Conduct market analysis, produce insightful reports, and contribute to category plans and strategies.
- Influence business compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- A relevant qualification and commercial experience in procurement, preferably in business services.
- Developing skills as a procurement professional, with a focus on stakeholder management and change management.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This position offers development opportunities as part of a global procurement team, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
