Domestic BPO Recruitment Expert

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to drive high-volume hiring for our domestic business process outsourcing (BPO) operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for voice, non-voice, and backend domestic BPO roles.
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets of 400+ candidates through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Source candidates via walk-ins, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with operations and training departments to align hiring plans with manpower needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Monitor and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers to ensure service level agreement adherence.
  • Coordinate mass hiring events, recruitment drives, and vendor meets to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must have 4 – 8 years of experience in bulk hiring for domestic BPOs.
  • Proven ability to manage a monthly hiring volume of 400+ candidates.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with high-pressure hiring environments and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel, recruitment tracking systems, and relevant software applications.
