Job Title: Fashion Designer

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced fashion designer to join our team. The role involves creating innovative and timeless designs that reflect the brand's ethos and stay ahead of contemporary trends.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled fashion designer with a passion for Indian couture and luxury fashion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional techniques and be able to blend them with modern design sensibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique design concepts and translate them into detailed sketches, illustrations, and storyboards using design software like Adobe Illustrator.
  • Collaborate on fabric selection, embellishment techniques, and garment construction to ensure designs are both aesthetically pleasing and technically sound.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends to create distinctive, trendsetting collections.
  • Prepare graphics and visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to production and marketing teams.
  • Oversee samples and ensure final pieces meet design intent and quality standards.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for upcoming collections and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with expertise in storyboarding and creating detailed technical drawings.
  • A strong passion for fashion and the ability to blend traditional techniques with contemporary design sensibilities.
  • Previous experience in Indian couture or luxury fashion is a plus.
