Responsibilities- Validate Purchase Order requests from clients to ensure accurate billing.
- Interact with clients to gather feedback and provide support, working closely with the team to meet deliverables.
- Manage Order to Cash related to collections and dispute resolution, implementing and enforcing effective strategies.
- Collect past due amounts from end customers via calls and emails.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly collection targets.
- Develop strong relationships with Country/Regional FDs through email, fax, and conference calls.
- Participate in governance meetings at country/regional level and collaborate with team members to achieve process standards.
- B.Com Graduation (MBA – Finance preferred).
- Meaningful experience in Order to Cash processes.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
