Female Sales & E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking a confident, presentable, and creative Female Sales & E-Commerce Assistant to join our kidswear shop.

This role involves photographing kidswear products, posting them on various online platforms, and assisting walk-in female customers in the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Photography & Content Creation
  • Take Clear Photos: Capture high-quality images of kidswear products using a smartphone or digital camera in-store.
  • Styling Products: Arrange clothing and accessories for photographs to make them visually appealing.
  • Lighting & Backgrounds: Ensure proper lighting and consistent backgrounds in all product photos.
  • Photo Editing (Basic): Use editing apps or tools to enhance images—adjust brightness, crop, and remove minor blemishes.
Online Posting & Digital Marketing
  • Platform Posting: Post product photos and descriptions on various online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and online marketplaces.
  • Write Descriptions: Create short, appealing captions for each product, mentioning size, color, material, and price.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain an active presence on the shop's social media accounts, respond to messages, and post updates regularly.
  • Customer Engagement Online: Answer queries received via DM, WhatsApp, or comments, and provide product details and availability.
  • Stock Updates: Update or remove listings when products are sold out to avoid confusion.
In-Store Customer Service
  • Greet Walk-in Customers: Welcome all walk-in customers, especially female shoppers, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Product Assistance: Help customers find the right products based on their needs, preferences, or size requirements.
  • Showcase Products: Present products neatly and offer suggestions or recommendations to assist customers with their purchase decisions.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that display racks, shelves, and trial rooms are always tidy and well-organized.
  • Sales Support: Assist with billing, packaging, and handling customer queries at the cash counter (if required).
  • Handle Complaints/Returns: Politely handle any concerns or returns, following the shop's policy and maintaining a positive attitude.
