Political Campaign Manager

The role of a political campaign manager is to develop and execute innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance. The successful candidate will leverage on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's messages and actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling communication strategies and narratives for political, policy, and election campaigns.
  • Oversee digital advertising strategy and execution with the relevant team, using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Lead a team of creators to produce engaging content, including Shorts and long-form videos.
  • Optimize videos for the YouTube algorithm and analyze performance metrics.
  • Analyze audience retention, traffic sources, and demographics, using insights to inform future content.
  • Stay ahead of YouTube trends and experiment with new formats.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant YouTube creators to collaborate on projects.
  • Develop and support crisis communication plans as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Indian politics, history, socio-economic issues, and current affairs.
  • 8-10 years of experience in communications, video production, or channel management, ideally in media, PR/communications agency, public affairs, or a political/advocacy setting.
  • Expertise in the YouTube algorithm, content strategy, and SEO.
  • Ability to craft compelling political narratives for video.
  • Skilled in managing video production workflows and project timelines.
  • Adaptability & resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Proactive & hands-on approach.
  • Strong ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of YouTube Studio.
