Role OverviewWe are seeking a MEP Sales and Project Engineer who will handle both business development and execution of MEP projects.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing projects in the MEP Division.
  • Meet clients to understand their requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams for project planning and implementation.
  • Supervise site execution, ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
RequirementsTo succeed as a MEP Sales and Project Engineer, you must have:
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in MEP Sales/Projects (HVAC experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing layouts.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client/site meetings.
