Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief AI Model Architect to join our team. As a key member of our AI engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI models that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in prompt engineering, vector databases, and language model applications will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop deep understanding of prompt engineering principles and optimize prompts for specific tasks to enhance model performance.
  • Vector Database Management: Experience working with vector databases and embedding techniques to store and retrieve complex data.
  • Language Model Applications: Build and deploy complex language model applications using LangChain's/llamaindex advanced features to drive business outcomes.
  • Agentic Workflow Frameworks: Hands-on knowledge of agentic workflow frameworks to design and develop intelligent systems.
  • Quantitative Metrics: Knowledge of quantitative metrics of all models, including context window, pricing, etc., to evaluate model performance.
  • Model Selection: Ability to choose the right model given a GenAI problem statement to ensure optimal results.
  • Knowledge Graph: Practical experience of knowledge graph concepts and application to improve model performance.
  • RAG Contextualization: Understanding of RAG contextualization to use case application.
  • Fine-tuning Metrics: Fine-tune RAG metrics to optimize model performance.
  • Vector DB Comparison: Compare vector databases and determine the best fit for the project.
  • LLM Models Comparison: Compare LLM models and determine the best fit for the project.
  • GenAI Ethics: Basic understanding of the ethical implications of GenAI, including bias, misinformation, etc.
  • Bias Mitigation: Awareness of bias mitigation techniques in GenAI to ensure fair and accurate results.
  • Data Responsibility: Understanding of responsible data usage and privacy concerns to ensure compliance.
  • Pair Programming Tool Integration: Knowledge of how to index code from other repositories in the Pair Programming Tool.
  • Coding Convention Customization: Ability to customize code output to a specific coding convention, best practices checklist, etc.
  • Extension Development: Ability to add extensions to the Pair Programming tool, such as the GitHub Copilot Extension.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in GenAI. You should have a strong background in AI engineering, computer science, or a related field. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
