The Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Innovation Architect to lead the development of our next-generation AI-enabled sustainability intelligence platform. As a full-time hybrid role in Pune, India, this position offers flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting and designing advanced AI-driven platforms, integrating LLMs, SLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design AI-enabled platforms that harness the power of LLMs, SLMs, and RAG techniques.
  • Implement agentic workflows to streamline sustainability data analysis and insights.
  • Develop and manage product engineering processes, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Lead by example, getting hands-on with development to set the pace for the team.
  • Govern product engineering, release methodologies, and SDLC tools.
  • Guide the team to manage effective product releases.
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in architecting and developing AI-driven platforms.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, SLMs, RAG techniques, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong programming skills, with proficiency in relevant languages and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, including managing repositories and release cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
  • Passion for sustainability and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
