Job Title: RPA Developer with Expertise in Automation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing, and maintaining automated bots using Uipath and/or other automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust automated solutions using Uipath.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
  • Provide production support and ensure the smooth operation of existing code.
  • Contribute to the development of end-to-end DevOps approaches to RPA, including upfront configuration and ongoing administration and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Uipath and/or other automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and evaluate them.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and experience with Document Understanding / OCR is a plus.
