RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of intelligent automation workflows. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end workflows using tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere, integrated with Power Automate and Cloud Flows for cloud-based automation.

• • Implement End-to-End RPA Workflows: Design and implement end-to-end RPA workflows using tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere, integrated with Power Automate and Cloud Flows for cloud-based automation.
  • Configure SharePoint as a Backend: Configure SharePoint as a backend for structured and versioned data storage.
  • Develop Custom Connectors and Integrations: Develop custom connectors and integrations to third-party tools via RPA HTTP actions, Power Automate connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Enable Modular Workflow Components: Enable modular workflow components such as approvals, scheduling, localization, metadata tagging, and versioning using Power Apps for low-code UI extensions.
  • Implement Logic for Prompt-Triggered AI Output Generation: Implement logic for prompt-triggered AI output generation, approvals, and publishing workflows, enhanced by Copilot Studio for conversational orchestration.
  • Write Lightweight Python Scripts: Write lightweight Python scripts for API interactions, data enrichment, or orchestration logic.
  • Integrate AI/ML Models into Workflows: Integrate AI/ML models into workflows for tasks, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for optimization and feedback-driven improvements.
  • Create and Manage Dev, Test, and Production Environments: Create and manage Dev, Test, and Production environments in the Power Platform and RPA ecosystems.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases, design RPA bots, logic flows, and deliver usable solutions.
  • Support QA, Staging, and Production Deployments: Support QA, staging, and production deployments with appropriate validation and documentation.
  • Monitor and Optimize RPA Bots and Automation Runs: Monitor and optimize RPA bots and automation runs, handle exceptions, and implement retry logic.
  • Implement Logging, Error Handling, and Audit Tracking: Implement logging, error handling, and audit tracking via SharePoint/Excel.
  • Ensure RPA Solutions are Modular and Governed: Ensure RPA solutions are modular, reusable, and governed for long-term scalability.
  • Conduct Dry Runs and Validate Routing/Approvals: Conduct dry runs, validate routing/approvals, and document Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Experience:

• RPA Tools and Building Flows: Proven expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and building flows with Power Automate (cloud) and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• SharePoint Online Libraries and Lists: Experience with SharePoint Online libraries and lists for storing structured data.
• Microsoft Adaptive Cards: Proficiency in designing and implementing Microsoft Adaptive Cards with Copilot Studio, form inputs, and dynamic Teams message-based workflows for data collection and UI customization.
• HTTP Connector Integration and Consuming REST APIs: Skilled in HTTP connector integration and consuming REST APIs (e.g., OAuth 2.0, token-based authentication).
• Python Programming: Strong Python skills for API handlers, JSON formatting, and external API interactions.
• Agentic AI and LLMs SDKs: Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs SDKs, RL frameworks, and data processing libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Pandas, NLTK, spaCy).
• Power Apps and Cloud Flows: Experience with Power Apps for low-code UI extensions and Cloud Flows for cloud-based RPA automation.
• Power Platform Environments: Ability to set up Power Platform environments (Dev, Staging, Production).
• Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint).

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

• Front-end Development: Proficiency in front-end development with React, including REST API integration and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• CMS Tools: Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Drupal, WordPress) and how to integrate with them.
• Localization Workflows: Understanding of localization workflows, metadata tagging, and version control strategies.
• Performance Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Power Platform Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 preferred).
• RPA Certifications: RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
• Ai/Ml Api Integration: Experience with AI/ML API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
