Job Title: Financial Leadership Position

The Finance Department of our company is seeking a qualified candidate to take on the role of Financial Leader. This position will be responsible for overseeing the financial backbone of high-growth companies and ensuring that all financial matters are accurately reported and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.


Requirements:
  • CA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, and MIS.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
