Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead our team in delivering insightful analytics.

  • Main responsibility will be to oversee the timely delivery of divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
  • Ensure service excellence as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drive FP&A Transformation Initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Oversee annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-Certified Accountant Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
