Accounting Professional

  • As an experienced accounting professional, you will be expected to manage US client relationships and perform a range of accounting tasks.
  • These responsibilities include categorizing bank and credit card transactions, posting transactions in the general ledger and sub-ledger, managing cash applications, conducting reconciliations, handling GL, AP, AR accounting, and processing fixed assets and inventory.
  • You will also be responsible for payroll accounting, computing depreciation and amortization, cleaning books of account, preparing trial balances and financial statements, and generating ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with the ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implement strategies within the company.
Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in US accounting, preferably with knowledge of US GAAP, is required.
  • Hands-on experience with commonly used accounting software such as QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite, etc. is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to work independently or with minimal supervision, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • In addition, the selected candidate must have worked in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Business/Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Life Science, Logistics/Supply Chain, Private Equity, Constructions, Manufacturing, or Staffing/Labor Management.
